UK REFUNDS & RETURNS

In case of a faulty item, an incorrect delivery, or if you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, please feel free to return it within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. Kindly refer to our returns policy for detailed instructions on the process.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes or offer exchanges.

Please be advised that we are unable to assume liability for any items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during the return process if they are shipped via an independent courier service not sanctioned by our company. It is strongly recommended that you secure postal proof of dispatch when you are responsible for the return shipment, as this will serve as verifiable evidence of your compliance with the return process.

To get a refund, please send back the items in their original undamaged packaging and make sure they are able to be resold as new. If they’re not, or if it’s been more than 30 days since you got them, we might not be able to return your money. We’ll check the items carefully once they get back to us. Remember, you’re in charge of the items until they arrive at our place, so pack them up nicely to keep them safe.

Refunds will be issued based on the original purchase price of the items, inclusive of any discounts or promotional rates applied at the time of purchase. Please be advised that refund amounts will exclude any delivery charges incurred.

PAYMENT

The prices listed on our website include VAT at the prevailing rate, for which we are accountable as the seller. Your payment will consist of the listed price plus the applicable delivery charge. The delivery charge will be calculated during checkout.

All card payments undergo a standard card validation check by your issuer. If payment is refused or not authorised, we will inform you during checkout. Any failed orders may result in a pending payment on your card, which will disappear within 10 working days.
